Another fifteen years starting up and running an import/retail business in my hometown. Eight meanwhile learning to operate an organic vegetable farm, following sustainable bionutrient principles.

I imported and sold European Housewares: French table and kitchen linens, Italian maiolica ceramics, fine art and other artisanal products from all over Europe.

With my husband, Greg Lashutka, I operate Friedburg Farms, growing bionutrient-dense produce organically and selling into the restaurant trade as well as to a small select CSA.
